Another year is coming to an end, again in a flash. I’m still thinking about our New Year’s Eve trip to Norway, and it’s actually already been a year. It’s crazy how quickly this damn time flies by.
Our year was characterized by many personal highs and lows. In some cases, it really pushed us to our limits.
Nevertheless, we were able to experience many great things and spend wonderful moments with our friends, family and the community. We are very grateful for that.
I wanted to say a few words about an acquaintance from the Grand California family. Sascha, or as most people knew him, Cali Commander on Instagram, sadly passed away this year. Before he got his GC back then, we had a lot of contact and regularly exchanged information.
I wasn’t one of his closest friends, but Sascha was still a nice guy, always in a good mood and always friendly. The news of his death made me all the sadder. No one should die at such a young age and leave such a gap in the lives of friends, family and partners.
That made me personally very thoughtful again. You should enjoy every second that you are given and not get annoyed about little things. Everyone please enjoy the Christmas season with your friends and families and always remember: you only have this one round on this planet. Make the most of it.
