We have been looking for ventilation grilles for our Cali for some time, because especially in summer the heat has always accumulated a lot in the cockpit. With HKG ‘s ventilation grilles, we have now found the perfect solution for us. This way, a draft is always provided without having to worry about leaving a window open when you’re away from the car, for example. The grilles have an integrated mosquito net, making them the perfect ventilation solution.
Mounting
The grilles convince with their really good workmanship and the simple and quick “assembly”. Assembly is put in quotation marks at this point, because all you have to do is lower the window a bit and insert the grilles into the window guide. Then raise the window until the pane has moved into the corresponding guide of the grille. The whole thing fits so tightly that a break-in is no easier or harder than without the grids.
- Attention! You must not use the automatic function when raising the windows, otherwise the anti-trap protection will kick in and the window will go right back down.
The price
The price ranges from 70 to 90 euros depending on the dealer, we ordered our grids from Camping Wagner.
